In my experience, customer & employee challenges require the reimagining of possibilities. To serve our customers differently we all need to work and think differently to deliver on their upgraded expectations.

I believe problems today are complex and need both partnership and deep care for and with those we serve. It all begins with us and what we need to SHIFT to be of service.

As a pioneer on behalf of customers, I bring decades of process expertise, an inclusive approach to change management, and a focus on employee development when designing technology-oriented solutions. I will do this by welcoming others into an ongoing, iterative design process.  I leverage and customize transformation work using mix of six sigma, design thinking and agile tools and processes.

As a pioneer on behalf of individuals, I bring a lived and different set of strategies to re-imagine our lifestyles and professional impact arenas. I leverage my EdTech master degree and years of lived experience to offer new tools and services to help us all step into our desired lives after COVID-19.
